  • We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location. Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Returns & Exchanges

    • Refunds & Returns are available only on selected items.

    • Refunds: Available within 2 days of delivery, processed to the original payment source or Shinique Wallet (on select offers).

    • Exchanges: Accepted within 5 days for replacements only.

    • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

    • Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.

    • Certain promotional or clearance items may also not be eligible for return/exchange.
